Friday, September 19, 2025 Whittell High School Open House The current Whittell principle, Mr. Sean Ryan, has graciously offered to open the school for alumni to tour between the hours of 10 am - 12 pm. Reservations are not necessary but if you would like to tour the school, please RSVP by clicking the photo of George Whittell High School on the left. Meet & Greet at Edgewood Golf Course Clubhouse (from 3 pm - 6 pm) According to their website parking at Edgewood Tahoe Golf Course is complimentary valet parking only. There is a $50 charge for overnight parking. Reservations are not required but please if you plan to attend please RSVP FOR THIS EVENT ONLY by clicking on the Edgewood Clubhouse photo so we have an idea of how many people we can expect. Attendees must purchase their own food and beverages if desired. Outside food and beverages are not allowed. After you RSVP, you will be re-directed to make your Round Hill Pines Beach Party reservations and/or MS Dixie Dinner Cruise reservations. Saturday, September 20, 2025 Round Hill Pines Beach (10 am - 3 pm) Parking at Round Hill Pines has been expanded and the entrance has been moved North of the old entrance on Hwy 50. According to their website a day pass for parking at Round Hill Pines is $12. A snack package and two beverages are included with your reservation payment of $25. Click on the Best of Tahoe photo to the left to RSVP and secure your reservation. Attendees may bring their own food and beverages. No glass containers are allowed. Additional food and beverages are available for purchase from the bar or snack bar. MS Dixie Dinner Cruise (6 pm - 9 pm) (Sold Out) Parking at Zephyr Cove Resort is $12 for the MS Dixie Dinner Cruise. The cost of the dinner cruise is $150 per person including gratuity. Dinner includes Freshly Baked Rolls & Butter, Field Baby Lettuce Salad (fresh mozzarella, roasted heirloom cherry tomatoes served on a bed of baby spring mix dressed with balsamic vinaigrette) and your choice of Cowboy Ribeye Steak (12 oz ribeye, roasted garlic & leek yukon gold mashed potatoes, steamed broccolini, with a side of green peppercorn sauce.) Copper River Salmon (pan seared salmon drizzled with citronette, creamy polenta, and steamed broccolini) Frenched Chicken Breast (bone-in pan seared chicken breast, roasted garlic & leek yukon gold mashed potatoes, steamed broccolini and southwest chimichurri) or Wild Mushroom Ragout (wild mushroom ragout, creamy polenta, steamed broccolini & roasted red peppers, topped with aged asiago) Dessert is New York Cheesecake (served with fresh berry sauce) Cocktails are not included and may be purchased onboard. Please check-in 30 minutes prior to departure time to receive boarding passes. Prepaid reservations may wait for boarding call at the end of the pier. Note: Shuttle Service provided for MS Dixie Date: Saturday, September 20th. Time: 5pm Place: Rear entrance of Harrah's near the arcade, the Harrah's Valet or Concierge desk can also provide direction for where to be picked up for the M.S. Dixie cruise, if there is an uncertainty. The shuttle itself will either be a bus or a motorcoach; it is wrapped with our branding and is very easy to spot! |
